Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds have been dating since April which means the couple are starting to get really serious. Ryan's birthday was Tuesday which and the two of them celebrated his birthday last weekend at Chateau Marmont. So what did Scarlett get Ryan for a birthday present???

E! reports: “She’d just had her wisdom teeth removed, so she had one dipped in gold and strung on a necklace for him.”

If you ask me, that is a totally twisted, egomanic gift. Is it some sort of symbolic gift that I just don't get? Does Ryan really want some nasty tooth dangled around his neck?
